Warranty Policy

1. Validity and Scope

  • This warranty is only valid within Singapore.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) and the warranty card must be presented for any warranty claim.
  • The warranty is provided and covered by the respective product manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions for warranty service.

2. Coverage

  • The warranty covers products found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.
  • It does not cover: Issues arising from incorrect power supply voltage or improper installation.
  • Damage due to tampering, negligence, lack of reasonable care, corrosion, rusting, or stains.
  • Failures caused by not following operating instructions.
  • Acts of God, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
  • Parts subject to wear and tear, such as accessories, cabinets, and glassware.
  • Software-related problems, including issues with loading software or hardware drivers.

3. Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only if the serial number on the product has not been altered, defaced, or removed.
  • The decision of our Company regarding defects, workmanship, or materials will be final and binding.
  • The Purchaser agrees to abide by the Company’s decision.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • The Company’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment.
  • The Company will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from this warranty.

5. Non-transferability

This warranty cannot be replaced, re-issued, or transferred.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover transport, delivery, or handling charges incurred in the transportation of the product to and from our Service Centre.
