The EdgeRouter X SFP (ER‑X‑SFP) is a compact yet capable router from Ubiquiti’s EdgeMAX line. It offers five Gigabit Ethernet ports with passive 24 V PoE support and one Gigabit SFP port for fiber uplink. Powered by a dual-core 880 MHz processor with 256 MB RAM and 256 MB NAND flash, it delivers solid performance in a silent, fanless design. It is ideal for small offices, homes, or edge deployments where both Ethernet and fiber connectivity are needed. The router runs on EdgeOS, providing advanced routing, firewall, VLAN, QoS, and VPN capabilities.
