The LTU-Rocket-U is the U.S. (FCC-compliant) version of Ubiquiti’s high-performance LTU Base Station Radio, built for Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) deployments. Powered by Ubiquiti’s LTU proprietary technology (not based on 802.11), it offers extended scalability, flexible channel bandwidths, and improved spectral efficiency. It functions as the Access Point (AP) in an LTU deployment and is compatible with Rocket-style antennas for customized coverage.
